This is a physical, fast-paced position that exemplifies a high degree of professionalism, customer care, and integrity and we are looking for like-minded individuals who do the same.<strong> The Resident Services and Package Handler will support our properties in Broward and southern Palm Beach Counties, Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p class="jobdesc">As a Resident Services & Package Handler, your primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Lift, carry, organize, and deliver packages throughout the community</li> <li>Receive, scan, document, and track all incoming packages</li> <li>Organize and maintain the package rooms</li> <li>Assist delivery drivers with package room access and deliveries</li> <li>Conduct daily package room audits</li> <li>Monitor package inventory and storage capacity</li> <li>Resolve package discrepancies and resident inquiries</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service and resident communication</li> <li>Answer phones and assist at front desk as needed</li> <li>Assist with resident events and community programming</li> <li>Complete administrative tasks and data entry</li> <li>Maintain accurate package logs and records</li> <li>Assist with move-in and move-out package coordination</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h1 class="heading"><strong>What You Bring to Us:</strong></h1> <ul class="joblist"> <li>2+ years’ experience in a hospitality
