We are looking for a motivated and detail orientated Entry Level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to build a strong foundation in data analysis, business intelligence, and cross functional collaboration.

In this role, you’ll assist in developing dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports that drive strategic decision making across departments. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of statistical concepts, clear and effective communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.

Please note: this is an in person role at our Logan, Utah office. We are not offering remote or hybrid options at this time.

Essential Functions:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI)
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs across departments
• Clear, organize, and manage data from multiple sources, including ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
• Document data processes, definitions, and reporting logic
• Assist with data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and dashboard usability
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•  1 -2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python or R
• Experience with ERP and data platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or Alloy.ai
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling
• Ability to manage, clean and validate large data sets
