Or are you simply looking for a flexible and fast-paced part-time position with excellent compensation? Simon Pearce Restaurant is seeking several enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Quechee, Vermont as a Bus Person, Food Runner or Host. The Simon Pearce Restaurant is one of Vermont’s most iconic restaurants, featuring thoughtfully prepared, Vermont-inspired American cuisine served against the stunning backdrop of the Ottauquechee River waterfall and covered bridge. The restaurant has been a beloved destination for nearly four decades, and we have many exciting changes in store for the future.

 

As a Bus Person, Food Runner, or Host at Simon Pearce, you'll enjoy: Working in a stunning environment known for its breathtaking views and artisanal cuisine. Learning from experienced hospitality professionals committed to excellence. Supporting a team dedicated to crafting memorable dining experiences. Flexible hours and short shifts. 

 

Hosts start at 20-22/hr and Bus Person and Food Runner are base + tip.  We offer highly competitive tipped compensation and paid time off for part-time employees and potential 401K retirement plan as well as exclusive employee discounts on both our glass and pottery products and at our restaurant.  Additionally we offer employer paid Short Term Disability, Basic Life, Critical Illness and Accident insurance for employee who work 20-30hrs/week.
