Senior Branch Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to join our team in New York, United States. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. salary $78,750  Bonus Annually $39,375 & Company Car.

• Manage and optimize the overall performance of multiple branch locations, including budgets, sales targets, and market penetration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch managers and staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for branch growth and expansion
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures across all branches
• Foster a customer-centric culture by setting service standards and addressing customer feedback and complaints
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff in collaboration with the HR department
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance the bank's reputation and market presence
• Regularly report on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple branches and driving sales performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software systems
• Willingness to travel between branch locations as needed
