Wolt Market delivers groceries to our users within 30 minutes. Last year we took a leap forward with a dedicated product offering for Wolt Market - <strong>Retail Platforms.</strong> We successfully built from scratch several teams of talented Engineers, Product Leads and Designers building internal tooling within the areas like warehousing, assortment, catalog and pricing. </p><p>Currently three of our teams are looking to bring onboard <strong>Senior Kotlin Backend Engineers. </strong></p><p><strong>Warehouse Team</strong>: building software used daily by thousands of employees working in Wolt Markets. Our core mission is building tools with more real time data that helps our associates work more efficiently. But more importantly, providing world-class experiences to improve their satisfaction while working in Wolt Markets. </p><p><strong>Catalog Team</strong>: building a world-class product information management system which is a foundational system to all our Retail Platforms domains and is directly impacting our customer experience.</p><p><strong>Vendor Management and Assortment Team:  </strong>building tools that enable the Retail Platform and Wolt Market to make selection decisions based on insights at scale for our customers in Wolt Market. Our vision is to support Wolt Market in managing selection in a scalable fashion which will have a direct impact on customer experience, selection growth, and profitability, and to enable the Retail Platform to integrate different sales channels in a scalable way.</p><p><strong>Kotlin for us is a success story</strong>; we started using it in our Fintech team but now it has spread to multiple teams across product development for building our microservices.</p><p>We’re obsessed with high ownership teams at Wolt, which means you’ll get to work in a culture of freedom and accountability.
