Job Summary:

Morton Salt is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in Rittman, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible
for operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate bagging or packaging equipment to maintain desired output and operating standards.
• Fill, palletize, and haul product to assigned storage.
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs to maintain production activities.
• Responsible for following production schedules and accurately reporting operational records.
• Assist in assuring the line is supplied with desired salt grades.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Ability to operate a powered industrial vehicle.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
