About the role

<p>Senior IT Project Manager position offers great experience to lead and deliver large-scale IT projects around Invoice to Cash ecosystem, with different delivery models and variety of complexity levels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, on time, and within budget while aligning with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with deep knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development practices.<br/><br/> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale/multi-year projects.</li> <li>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.</li> <li>Develop detailed project plans and manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure.</li> <li>Ensure project acceptance criteria is met with deliverables on time, within budget, and of high quality.</li> <li>Coordinate all parties involved in the project(s), both internal and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.</li> <li>Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and verification techniques.<br/>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.</li> <li>Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and opportunities to stakeholders and senior leadership.</li> <li>Maintaining project documentation, measuring progress against baseline metrics, and updating steering committees.</li> <li>Developing business cases for new initiatives and translating them into actionable projects.<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)</li> <li>7+ years of experience managing IT projects, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role</li> <li>Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)</li> <li>Strong technical background with an understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, software development and security understanding</li> <li>Strong financial acumen to support business case preparation and execution</li> <li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills</li> <li>Experience of working within a multi-cultural, multi-time-zone environment</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><br/>It would be nice if you also had:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification</li> <li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)</li> <li>Experience with digital transformation or enterprise-wide technology implementations<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b><span>Come create the technology that helps the world act together<br/> </span></b><span><br/> Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
