Business Analyst (hybrid in Prague)

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to join a project focused on replacing the existing software solution for managing insurance of lease cars. The role requires active collaboration with business users, software vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of the new solution.</p><p><strong>DETAILS</strong><br/>Contract type: B2B<br/>Location: Prague (office visits in 2–3 times per week)<br/>Engagement: Full-time, 8 hours per day<br/>Start: ASAP<br/>Language: English, Czech</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Communicate with business users to gather and clarify requirements</li><li>Document business and functional requirements and share with software vendor</li><li>Support testing activities and validate solutions against requirements</li><li>Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth cooperation</li><li>Proactively guide users, propose improvements, and help shape the solution within the project scope</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Strong experience in IT/Business Analysis</li><li>Ability to gather, document, and clarify requirements clearly and efficiently</li><li>Open-minded, proactive, and creative approach to problem solving</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><strong>NICE TO HAVE</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Knowledge of insurance or finance domain</li></ul>
