M&C Drugstore is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assistants for the upcoming Christmas season. November 01 - December 31, 2024

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and address queries promptly.

• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

• Assist with merchandising, cross-selling, and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of five CXC passes.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about service excellence.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Prior experience in retail is an advantage but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexibility to work Mondays to Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm and overtime.

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Stamina to handle fast-paced retail environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be honest, willing to learn, and open to accepting corrections.

• Must have a valid National ID and an active bank or credit union account.
