Strategic Faculty Role:
Develop and maintain inclusive, student-centered teaching strategies tailored to BAS students.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Curriculum Development

Develop and maintain inclusive, student-centered teaching strategies tailored to BAS students.

Continuously improve course curriculum, content delivery, and assessment methods.

Maintain a record of teaching excellence in business-related disciplines.

Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising course-level curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards and student needs.
Institutional Engagement

Develop professional relationships to familiarize oneself with CWI’s resources, systems, and policies.

Engage in institutional service activities that support student and faculty success.

Contribute to department- and program-level initiatives, including planning and assessment.
Program Coordination & Leadership

Lead the BAS in Business Administration program, ensuring growth, sustainability, and accreditation readiness.

Prepare the BAS program for accreditation, including developing program metrics, overseeing compliance with accrediting standards, and managing self-studies and site visits.

Collaborate with Institutional Research (IR) and Institutional Effectiveness (IE) for state and external reporting requirements.

Oversee course scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and timely course development.

Serve as a liaison for BAS students, providing academic and career support.

Build and maintain external partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and industry professionals to align the program with workforce needs.

Work with supervisors to align professional expertise and interests with student and institutional success.

Engage in ongoing professional growth to stay current with business education trends, workforce developments, and instructional best practices.
