Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify exciting business development opportunities and address key gaps to drive growth.
• Understand and manage the financial aspects of the business to ensure profitability.
• Handle escalated claims and resolve conflicts effectively with poise and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of work while ensuring compliance with all relevant documentation.
• Develop and implement innovative problem-solving strategies that deliver results.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with trades to monitor job progress.
• Proactively resolve disputes and issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with systems like Dash & Easybuild is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
• Ensure all work meets legislative and contractual OH&S requirements.
• Oversee inspections, certifications, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects meet profitability targets.
• Approve expenditures, contracts, and purchases within the company’s guidelines.
• Work with the finance team to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Participate in contract negotiation and project bidding processes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures across projects.
• Ensure company adherence to local, state, and federal laws regarding construction, labor, and safety.
• Review Procore Reports to ensure all teams are utilised and KPI driven to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills that foster collaboration.
• A proven track record in driving profitable sales growth and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Empathy and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to grow business and client relationships.
• Experience in managing delivery processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A current motor vehicle license is required.
• Procore Experience required.
