Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify exciting business development opportunities and address key gaps to drive growth.
- Understand and manage the financial aspects of the business to ensure profitability.
- Handle escalated claims and resolve conflicts effectively with poise and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of work while ensuring compliance with all relevant documentation.
- Develop and implement innovative problem-solving strategies that deliver results.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with trades to monitor job progress.
- Proactively resolve disputes and issues as they arise.
- Familiarity with systems like Dash & Easybuild is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Ensure all work meets legislative and contractual OH&S requirements.
- Oversee inspections, certifications, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects meet profitability targets.
- Approve expenditures, contracts, and purchases within the company’s guidelines.
- Work with the finance team to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Participate in contract negotiation and project bidding processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures across projects.
- Ensure company adherence to local, state, and federal laws regarding construction, labor, and safety.
- Review Procore Reports to ensure all teams are utilised and KPI driven to deliver strong customer outcomes.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and customer service skills that foster collaboration.
- A proven track record in driving profitable sales growth and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Empathy and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to grow business and client relationships.
- Experience in managing delivery processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- A current motor vehicle license is required.
- Procore Experience required.
