YOUR MISSION

Your Mission:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member who is capable on project communication, change management, as well as requirements engineering to join our Global Business Solutions team in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach to assist in driving the Puma Global Data Quality initiative in various regions and countries.

• Regularly update and maintain the data quality community with relevant project information and resources.

• Support the follow up and testing process of the data quality tool.

• Support the project communication and documentation process (analyze and document both functional and non-functional requirements, participate in meetings and draft summary and latest updates, etc.)

• Data analysis, validation and follow up on support tasks.

• Work closely with Business Process Managers to support ongoing projects.

YOUR TALENT

Your Talent:

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments

• Strong analytical skills

• Understanding of business processes in fashion, consumer goods or retail industry preferred

• Hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform

• Eye for detail

• Business fluent in English

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint. Power BI experience is a plus

• Team-player with a joyful approach

• Course of study in business administration, project management, change management or similar background preferred

• Starting Date: 15.09.2024; Duration: 6 Months
