Position Summary

This position will work with the Strategy & Operations team composed by the Risk Management team and Strategy to Contact 9StC) team located in central NJ and in Tampa FL with manufacturing sites located in US including PR and Ireland and the GPS Finance team. This position will work on specific Risk Management, Sourcing Selection (RFI/RFP), Network Strategy, Value Capture projects and related cost accounting and financial evaluation as each project may need. Projects and needs develop over the year, so the actual project may vary, but the successful candidate will get intense training on Category Strategy and Cost accounting.

Applicant must comply with Corporate and HR Policies, Security Environmental Health and Safety regulations and the current Good Manufacturing Practices required by the job function.

• Daily contacts with both Risk Management team members

• Frequent contact with StC team members and Finance Dept team members.   

• Contact with Suppliers as required

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily with project constituency to drive project including regularly scheduled meetings

• Data analysis

• Finding ways to make data collection more efficient

• Coordinates data collection with the site Procurement representatives

• Reporting

• Uses statistical methods

• Learn about both Risk and Supplier Category Strategy

• PPV Analysis and Reporting

• Projection and Budget Analytics

• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
