The Manager Regional Services position will lead the primary technical support functions for the Gulf Coast Transmission Region of Enbridge’s Liquid Pipelines business. Come join our team!
Here’s what you will do:
Provide direct leadership to the Regional Services department and indirect to other regional personnel
Develop strategies and tactics to enhance capabilities of direct reports and department staff. Large focus on leadership development of direct reports and technical skills for front line staff.
Assist the Region Director in developing and achieving regional goals and objectives that support Enbridge and LP strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders; act as liaison to many of the internal LP functional departments.
Collaborate with Operations Services, Operations Engineering, Asset & Risk Management, and other stakeholder groups to develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies.
Promote adherence to Enbridge policies and procedures.
Ensure implementation of the Contractor Safety Management Program.
Provide input into prioritization of OPEX and CAPEX budget expenditures based on risk and value creation
Optimize regional capital budgets by working with Projects to competitively execute project work
Ensure region input is provided to all project teams executing work that will impact operations through each phase of the project including design, construction, commissioning, and transition to allow seamless project integration.
Identify and implement risk reducing initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational excellence.
Assist Business Development on acquisition, expansion, or other development projects as requested.
Participate in regulatory audits and review regulatory driven initiatives for implementation into processes and procedures.
Act as Incident Commander or fill other key roles in the Incident Management Team during emergency response activities.
Provide emergency response and operations call-out support including coverage for the Director during their absence.
Financial: Work with regional accounting resources to ensure financial targets are tracked and met.
Personnel: Responsible for managing a team and ensuring that all employees are properly trained in all aspects of their responsibilities.
Safety and Environment: Ensure the pipeline system is operated and maintained within a safe and environmentally sound manner in accordance with company policies and all government regulations.
Leadership: Provide open communication, strong work ethic, integrity, facilitate all company objectives and values and mentor employees in those areas. Ensure that all employees work towards the company objectives in a safe and efficient manner.

You have the following:
Required:
Related university degree and ten‐plus years’ experience OR fifteen‐plus years of previous related experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Proven ability to perform associated tasks.
Familiar with engineering and maintenance practices.
Self-motivated, proven effective leadership and communication skills
Relationship building skills with employees, peers, public officials, and stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with regular travel to field locations across TX.
Occasional travel outside the Region.
