Working within the Agile framework, you will analyze current business processes, define future states, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful migration of applications to modern hosting environments.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles</li> <li>Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc.</li> <li>Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.</li> <li>Perform Systems Analysis &amp; Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements</li> <li>Conduct Data Analysis &amp; Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>7 years of exper
