We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Community Reinvestment Agency team.About the Position:
The Project Coordinator supports staff and coordinates multiple Community Reinvestment projects and programs. This role will provide input and prepare recommendations for consideration by other staff members and Agency leadership. In addition, this position will analyze and perform research for the Agency's financial tools, policies, and procedures.
This is the entry-level position in the Community Reinvestment Project Manager position series. Essential to this position is the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance with assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or related field plus one (1) year of related experience. Education and experience may be substituted, one for the other, on a year-for-year basis.

Position Salary Range:
E28 - $65,484/yr. - $89,453/yr.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides input on the creation of policies, procedures, and programs in strategic alignment with the Agency's Mission, Values, and Livability Benchmarks. Assists in the reporting on outcomes for Agency projects and initiatives.
Provides input and analysis in the development of the Agency's annual budget, proposed budget amendments and funding allocations.
Assists in creating new Agency project areas. Compiles various materials, including City plans, community outreach, demographic data, and economic and market information, to assist in developing Community Reinvestment strategies and goals.
Coordinates goals and objectives for Community Reinvestment projects and assists with land use plans and strategies for the development of Agency-owned property. Performs analysis on project feasibility, risks, costs, and benefits. Assists with the evaluation of funding applications with regard to the feasibility, goals, and objectives of the Agency and City.
