Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer II to join our team and develop best-in-class solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in building, testing, maintaining, and implementing premier Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications while delivering high-quality support.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools and techniques, including Azure and AzDo.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce’s data model and security architecture to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Conduct testing, including unit testing and end-to-end validation, to deliver reliable and bug-free solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and Azure DevOps (AzDo).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I and II) are a big plus
