Summary

The Route Manager/Driver is responsible for covering a regular route and performing service-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of linen and uniform products to customers. This role involves driving delivery vehicles, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a route, ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule
• Provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, maintain accurate inventory counts, and ensure proper handling of all products
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any customer interactions

Requirements

• Previous experience in a delivery or driving role, preferably in the linen and uniform rental industry
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
