Manager, Logistics & Customer Relations

Description

The Manager, Logistics & Customer Relations will be the main point of contact for customers in a defined region and will manage scheduling calendar, supply logistics, and warehouse delivery programs. Additionally, this role will support the regional Operations Team as needed. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact!

 Iron Heart Canning is the quality leader in mobile beverage canning, our strive for operational excellence sets us apart from the competition. With warehouses operating in 27 states, Iron Heart provides onsite canning support for breweries, wineries, and other beverage manufacturers. Starting compensation is $55k - $60k with benefits for all full time employees including paid sick leave, paid holidays, PTO, and medical/dental insurance. Requirements

  Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or other related fields
• Ability to operate a forklift and satisfy requirements to drive Company box trucks.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
