About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Financial Services Assistant to join our West Chester team. In this role, you'll work closely with our advisor team to support client account management, financial plan maintenance, and meeting preparation. You'll play a key part in delivering a high-quality client experience while developing deep expertise across financial planning, investments, and portfolio analysis.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in financial advising, or an experienced financial professional looking to focus on planning and client service rather than business development.

What You'll Do

Client Review Preparation & Follow-Up

• Build and maintain a weekly client review schedule for interns
• Review and refine intern-prepared materials for accuracy and meeting-readiness
• Correspond with clients to gather outside account data
• Coordinate printing and preparation of materials for in-person meetings
• Ensure timely follow-up on all meeting action items

Portfolio Analysis & Investment Support

• Conduct semi-annual reviews of LPL model portfolios, evaluating potential changes
• Assist in analyzing portfolio structure, allocation, and performance to inform investment decisions

Financial Planning Support

• Collaborate with senior advisors to update client financial plans in eMoney
• Input and maintain financial data for new client onboarding
• Manage eMoney client links and data integrity

Administrative & Client Service

• Process trade-related requests including SEI/LPL rebalances, cash raises, tax loss harvesting, and sweep/MM trading
• Prepare gifting forms and summaries for clients
• Coordinate tax reporting projects and manage related intern involvement
• Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally

Intern Management

• Oversee intern schedules, budgets, and timesheets
• Lead intern training, development, and day-to-day workflow

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of financial planning experience (relevant coursework or internships considered)
• Series 7 and Series 65 licenses required — must be obtained within the first 6 months if not currently held
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• A collaborative, positive mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time salaried position with bonus potential, company-provided benefits, and paid time off. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
