  • Estimated hourly base pay:  $26.62 hourly (minimum) - $33.27 hourly (midpoint) - $39.92 (maximum). Plus, overtime

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Welder/Fabricator Maintenance Tech, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks, addressing urgent work orders as needed, and supporting daily maintenance activities.

This is a 1st shift position.

What you will be doing

  • Performing MIG and TIG welding on various materials with precision and quality.
  • Fabricating and assembling components according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Conducting regular inspections of fabricated parts and equipment to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Supporting maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance, on equipment and machinery.
  • Using a variety of hand tools and equipment, such as grinders, saws, and welding machines.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Using computer and web-based systems to input, access, modify, or output information.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in welding/fabrication, with MIG and TIG expertise.
  • Familiarly in machining operations, including manual mills, lathes, shears, and brakes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and repair processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
