Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
- Own the global IT Business Partnering function across all KION Group Operating Units and Group Functions
- Shape and continuously evolve the way of IT Customer Relationship Management for KION Group IT by following the defined “seat-at-the-table” business partnering strategy and based on the freshly harmonized IT Service Portfolio
- Lead your global IT Business Partner team to work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic IT needs into a prioritized IT project portfolio
- Own the global IT project portfolio and enable your global team of IT Project Managers to deliver the exptected results in-time, in-cost, an in-quality
- Provide and continuously develop the required IT project management services including the KION Group IT project methodology (for waterfall, agile, and hybrid scenarios), IT controlling services and PMO support
- Actively drive continuous alignment with your peers (regional IT directors and other members of the global IT Management Team) to deliver the defined IT strategic roadmap
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to your global team
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT management, incl. IT business partnering in complex and globally acting organizations
- 10+ years of progressive disciplinary leadership responsibilities within Information Technology, or a related field
- Very strong business process understanding and transformation skills (ideally in manufacturing business)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and steer multi-dimensional IT project portfolios
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills up to Executive Board level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience to steer cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources
- Very good English and German language skills as well as a willingness to travel
