Are you a strategic leader with a passion for surveying and driving growth? We are looking for a dynamic Service Line Leader to oversee the success, expansion, and profitability of our Survey service line across the firm. This role involves working closely with key leaders to ensure consistency, innovation, and operational excellence. The Service Line Lead will be responsible for driving business development, fostering client relationships, optimizing resources, and leading a team of Survey professionals across the Bohler footprint.

 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

 

As our Survey Service Line Leader, you will:

 

• Lead the strategic planning and growth of the Survey service line in existing and new regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Oversee the financial performance (P&L) of the Survey service line, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement best practices, drive innovation, and ensure technical capability building.
• Mentor and coach Divisional/Regional Survey Managers, supporting talent development and leadership pipeline.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field (Master's or Professional licensure preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in land surveying or geospatial services, with leadership or management experience.
• Strong financial management skills (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
• Proven success in business development and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in surveying methodologies and technology (e.g., GPS, GIS, LiDAR, CAD).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
