• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Identify relevant UK and EU funding opportunities (e.g., Innovate UK, Horizon Europe).

• Analyse client innovation potential through market and technology research.

• Write persuasive, high-quality grant proposals aligned with funding criteria.

• Develop business cases, impact narratives, and exploitation plans.

• Guide clients in strategic project positioning and proposal design.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a technical, scientific, or engineering field.

• At least 5 years of experience in innovation consultancy or R&D funding.

• Proven success in writing and securing public grants (UK or EU).
