As a ViiV Data Manager ViiV Tech, you will manage the implementation of data products and technology investments within ViiV US. This includes collaborating with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute data strategies, from concept to deployment. The role involves overall architecture, scoping, project management, and partnering with internal data dev ops, data sciences teams, and third-party vendors to design, develop, and scale data capabilities.

• Drive the implementation of the end-to-end data products from concept through development and deployment lifecycle, including budgeting, project management, problem-solving, and strategizing with business partners.
• Partner with various business strategy and execution teams, internal data dev ops and data sciences teams as well as with 3rd party vendors to design, develop, and scale capabilities.
• Deliver results through others, leveraging the ability to lead through influence – performance measured on outcomes.
• Support and educate business partners to grow our organization’s capabilities, enthusiasm, and digital fluency to unlock value.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or other STEM-related area
• 5+ years’ experience working in data integrations, data automation, data transformation, and architecture, with a focus on technology
• 1+ years of experience in data product management, data product development, and project delivery
• Experience in the acquisition, exploitation, and management of enterprise data assets and products in a large, complex organization

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Graduate degree, preferably in management, strategy, or engineering
• Experience working with CX platforms (e.g., Adobe Stack, Tealium, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Experience in developing and deploying core data-driven marketing, commercial, R&D, or Medical analytics packages
• Experience working with data management tools (e.g., Databricks, Azure, GCP)
• Awareness and understanding of cloud-based product development
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with business partners in many geo-locations to turn requirements into an actionable data enginee
