Job Description Summary

This is a contract position where the Technical Recruiter must be able to successfully prioritize, execute, and close challenging searches, managing to benchmarks and metrics. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and are driven by data to develop winning talent strategies. The best candidates draw on years of expertise in talent delivery and have built extensive industry networks. They have sound business acumen and the ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and development, negotiation, client management, and are highly organized. They possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative. Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Act as a liaison for potential candidates, generate and follow up on leads, perform initial telephone screens, keep accurate records of potential candidates, follow up with established recruits, support team members and other division teams as necessary.
