Position Overview: The Head of Corporate FP&A & Strategic Finance at Zenoti will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy as we scale and prepare for an IPO. This position combines the analytical rigor of corporate FP&A with the strategic vision required to support executive decision-making, long-term planning, and growth initiatives. The role will report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally with other senior leaders to align financial objectives with Zenoti’s overall business strategy. This role is designed to prepare for potential CFO succession, requiring exceptional leadership, Go-To-Market (GTM) expertise, and the ability to manage a distributed global team effectively.

The Head of Corporate FP&A & Strategic Finance will also act as a key thought leader and partner to the CFO and executive leadership, ensuring that Zenoti’s finance team operates with innovation, insight, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent executive presence, and strong financial planning process & systems experience. This role requires dexterity to work at multiple levels, from high-level strategic thinking to disciplined execution of complex planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Own, manage, and orchestrate the corporate FP&A function, including the full Zenoti P&L forecast.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the organization.
  • Partner with the CFO and Investor Relations in quarter-end reporting and guidance-related activities.
• Strategic Decision Support:
  • Provide actionable financial insights to the executive team to support strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities, market expansions, and product launches.
  • Take a leadership role in supporting the company’s growth investments and performance.
  • Oversee and contribute to key financial and planning metrics, supporting the strategic and annual planning process.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting:
  • Define, track, and report on key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with Zenoti’s strategic goals.
  • Build real-time dashboards to provide deep insight into business trends and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to assess ROI on growth initiatives and drive GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with global teams, fostering cross-regional collaboration to ensure financial accountability and alignment across geographies.
  • Support purchasing programs and operations to ensure effective cost management and productivity improvements.
• AI, Automation, and Financial Systems:
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance forecasting accuracy and scenario planning.
  • Identify opportunities to automate financial processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
