As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient operations within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maximizing service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within a quick-service fast food restaurant environment.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is a plus.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory control systems.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
