Night Floor Technician

Job Summary Details:
  We are seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the maintenance and care of all types of flooring surfaces, including terrazzo, tile, carpet, vinyl, and concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working with a variety of floor cleaning equipment and products.   Location: 5505 W Parmer Lane Austin, Texas, 78727   Pay Range: Based on experience: 18.00-21.00   Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, strip, wax, seal, and buff hard surface floors, including terrazzo

Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas

Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers

Perform scheduled deep cleaning and maintenance of floors

Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately

Report any floor damage or maintenance issues

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a floor technician, including work with terrazzo floors OR willing to attend a training on SATURDAY 

Knowledge of proper floor care techniques and equipment

Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
