POSITION: Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst (7135485)
JOB LOCATION: 10353 Richmond Ave. Houston, TX 77042 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
DUTIES: Act in a Functional Lead capacity and implement Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory Management modules. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Determine requirements by interviewing stakeholders, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions. Recommend, develop and execute plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements. Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements. Prepare and present updates on projects to executive management. Work with business to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with various teams to handle the integration and acceptance testing. Create business process models based on the requirements. Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the business's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit. Use Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates, and methods. Engage with business stakeholders to understand data improvement and focus areas of business for Information Management. Implement Oracle Manufacturing and Inventory Management solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Manufacturing and Inventory Management area. Act in a functional lead capacity and implementing multiple cloud core supply chain and manufacturing modules. Determine requirements by interviewing stakeholders, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions. Work with businesses to develop test scenarios and test scripts. Work with various teams to handle integration and acceptance testing. Create business process models based on requirements. Map industry trends and best practices regarding requirements and processes to determine applicable fit. Manage project scope, timelines, development tasks, risks, and issue management. Interface with Teamcenter PLM (Siemens). Apply advanced knowledge of Oracle AIMS and Agile methodologies. Use SQL, Toad, Confluence and Wiki, and Jira. Utilize Oracle Fusion including OTBI, setup manager, FBDI, and ADFDi.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation acting in a functional lead capacity and implementing multiple cloud core supply chain and manufacturing modules; determining requirements by interviewing stakeholders, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions; working with businesses to develop test scenarios and test scripts; working with various teams to handle integration and acceptance testing; creating business process models based on requirements; mapping industry trends and best practices regarding requirements and processes to determine applicable fit; using Oracle applications, functionality, tools, templates, and methods; managing project scope, timelines, development tasks, risks, and issue management; applying advanced knowledge of Oracle AIMS and Agile methodologies; using SQL, Toad, Confluence and Wiki, and Jira; and utilizing Oracle Fusion including OTBI, setup manager, FBDI, and ADFDi.
