Custodian - Community Center

 Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Executes housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, ect.
• Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder.
• Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways.
• Maintains effective communication with Manager and co-workers.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR Certification may be required.
• Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision.
• Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens    
• Preferred Qualifications:
•  Two year’s work of janitorial experience or related field preferred.
