$70,000.00 /Yr. - $80,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

This position will be located onsite at our HQ in San Diego, CA or also Centennial, CO. Remote is not available for this role. Sponsorship is not currently available, and this also includes OPT visa types.

Axos is seeking a Salesforce Administrator where you will be part of a collaborative project team responsible for successfully developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce solutions. You will leverage a number of proprietary and standard technologies/tools and will be primarily responsible for administration and customization of our Enterprise Salesforce environment. This position is on-site and may be located in San Diego CA, or Centennial CO.

Responsibilities:

• Build Salesforce.com Declarative customizations & automations, including:
  • Architectural components: Objects, Record Types, Layouts, & Fields
  • Automation components: Workflow rules, Flows, & Process Builders
  • Efficiency components: Knowledgebase, Macros, Quicktext
  • Omni-Channel components: Assignment Rules, Entitlements, LiveAgent, Glance & Five9 Integrations
• Develop deep understanding of the internal Consumer & Commercial Banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations to improve sales and service
• Promote business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings & webinars)
• Participate in all aspects of our Agile Project Methodology (including proper Change Management)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant Salesforce certifications
• 2+ years' as a Salesforce.com Administrator
• Operates in a Scrum/Agile Environment
  • Five9, Conga, Glance, LoS, Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Other cloud and on premise based systems
• Proven admin experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Knowledgebase & Communities
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Salesforce1 Mobile
• SQL
