Job Description

Position Summary

The Employee Experience Advisor will support the operations of the EX team in Europe and collaborate across the organization with employees and leaders to drive efficient and professional delivery of global EX programs, processes and services.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Provide broad generalist knowledge on EX matters to provide ongoing support to team members, leaders and the business while championing company philosophies
• Partner and collaborate with HR colleagues to create, influence and administer HR programs and actively contribute to the development of HR global/ policies, processes and procedures in support of company goals while focusing on team engagement and company culture
• Employee Experience front line and first point of contact for local Assentees - Assentee policy/process related questions, policy guidance and interpretation 
  • Examples - vacation policy interpretation, benefits, where do I find? first point of contact 
• Build strong relationships to collaborate with local Business Operations and Senior Leadership teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support and insight that enables informed decision-making, aligns with organizational values, and contributes to maximum retention, engagement and productivity
• Understand the external factors that impact the supply of top talent, Assent EU competitive position, salary level and candidate requirements for various positions
• Ensure compliance with European labor regulations, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• Work collaboratively with EX Operations and Finance to ensure seamless support in the areas of payroll, benefits, systems and administration
• Participate in the planning and execution of team social events and wellness initiatives - fostering a culture of wellbeing, celebration and belonging
• Act as an overflow for the Talent Acquisition team when recruitment volume is high

Qualifications

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Have at least 3 years of work experience in an HR Generalist or Advisor role, high tech industry preferred;
• Post secondary education in Human Resources
• Have a blend of operational and relational Human Resources knowledge 
• Have a passion for high quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support
• Approachable people person who enjoys building lasting relationships
• Are a creative thinker with a positive attitude, always bringing forward solutions where puzzles arise;
• Are highly adaptable and flexible- you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
• Your colleagues would say that they envy how organized you are, that they have been constantly impressed with how you manage your workload and that you always meet time sensitive deadlines, prioritizing what is important;
