Systems Engineer/Senior Software Engineer

Candidate must have advanced understanding of modern SW tools and techniques and can lead teams to drive the projects to transition. Candidate needs to be comfortable interacting with clients and end-users, be able to brief/provide live demos.Must Have:   10+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods  10+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacksExperience with Python codingExperience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software productsExperience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applicationsExperience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimizationExperience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentAbility to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenanceTS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph (or willing to take)Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or an Engineering fieldNice If You Have:  Experience with containerization tools and techniquesKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, or similar toolsMaster’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering field preferred; Doctorate degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering field a plus
