Job Description

Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre is an 18,000-person capacity Amphitheatre located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States. It is the largest outdoor Amphitheatre in the Denver metropolitan area. 

The Designated Driver is the individual that helps Aramark implement the safety in to making sure we promote designated drivers.  We want to keep all patrons safe and give the designated drivers a complementary soda on behalf of Aramark and our client. 

This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed). 

 

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $21.29. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Compensation Data

Job Responsibilities

• Sets up workstation with all needed beverage’s and equipment – communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues 
• Follows all the designated required paperwork and make sure patrons provides all necessary documents to sign up for designated driver booth.  
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils – as per guidelines and policies 
• Ensures clear and concise communication with warehouse, concessions supervisors 
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers 
• Ensures security of company assets 
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

This role reports directly to Concessions Supervisor’s when working in stand and will report to HR & Concessions Management team on a regular basis. 

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required) 
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Preferred) – will be trained upon hire (as needed) 
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) 
• Basic math and counting skills (Required) 
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25lbs. 
• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills 
• Willingness to accept change and new procedures 
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes 
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
