Our team is looking for a Senior Manager with a background in consulting for non-profit clients. The Senior Manager will have the opportunity to work remotely or hybrid from our Tysons office.

 

As a Senior Manager, you will:

 

• Lead and manage consulting projects for non-profit clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of non-profit organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of non-profit clients.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within non-profit organizations.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and impactful consulting services.

The salary range for this position is $129, 960 to $234,100. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
