Where we need you:

As our Marketing & Sales Support Senior Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Alka brand across multiple markets (Czech republic, Slovakia).
You will be the driving force behind brand development, trade marketing execution, and sales support, ensuring our products and activations successfully reach consumers while maintaining alignment with brand owner guidelines.
This role combines brand marketing, channel activation, and commercial insight to fuel growth and strengthen the market presence of ALKA brand products (Dupetky, Twistky, Meteoritky) in the respective CZ and SK markets.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Lead brand plans and initiatives across allocated markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Monitor brand and market performance, analyzing sales, competition, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Brief and coordinate local agencies in close partnership with the brand owner.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum impact.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions and future launches.
• Recommend portfolio optimizations based on market potential and performance analysis.
• Execute trade marketing activities to strengthen in-store visibility and shopper engagement.
• Support sales teams with product information, promotional plans, and enablement tools.
• Act as the main link between distributors and brand owners for all marketing and trade marketing matters.

The ideal recipe for our new Marketing & Sales Support Senior Specialist

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Marketing specialization is an advantage).
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or trade marketing, ideally within FMCG.
• Solid understanding of sales insights, KPIs, and commercial processes.
• Fluent in English and Czech and/or Slovak.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational and project management excellence.
• A pragmatic, flexible, problem-solving mindset with a drive for innovation.
• Technical skills: MS Office, SAP S4, ERP systems.
