Are you a seasoned and highly skilled Dental Assistant looking to grow with a dynamic team in a modern and supportive environment? Windy Hill Dental Associates, a well-established general dental practice in Marietta, GA, is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

Schedule:

4 days/week – Monday through Thursday

• Monday: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM
   
• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
   
• One Thursday every other month: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Position Requirements:

• Valid EFDA certification in the state of Georgia
   
• Minimum of 5 solid years of hands-on dental assisting experience
   
• Must be mature, professional, and proactive
   
• Ability to reliably work the scheduled hours of the practice
   

Proficient in general dentistry procedures, including:

• Restorative
   
• Crown & bridge
   
• Endodontics (endo)
   
• Dental implants
   
• Clear aligner therapy (e.g., Invisalign)
   

-Strong understanding of dental materials and chairside assisting protocols
-Familiar with Open Dental and digital workflows
-Experience with iTero, Invisalign, and CBCT is required

-Excellent infection control and OSHA compliance knowledge

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
