Probationary period is four (4) months for full-time employees, and six (6) months for part-time employees. The Licensed Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to assigned patients. Assesses patients, develops and documents nursing care and discharge plans, and prepares and administers medications and interventions. Supervises nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities. CHAM NUR - CARDIOLOGY AND INFANTS unit. At least one year of experience preferred. Required NYS RN License and Registration NYS BLS Provider Certificate NYS Mandated Infection Control BSN Preferred
