You will be joining the Growth Team that is responsible for:

• Define and develop the growth strategy of the company.
• Identify and develop international geographical expansion opportunities.
• Identify and develop new growth channels.
• Explore “grey label” opportunities, resellers partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth strategies by market.
• Develop the B2B and B2B2C strategies and key markets.
• Manage new channels P&Ls.
• Coordinate and align resources across the company to develop the business: Finance, Call Centre, Operations, Technology, Product and Marketing.
• Establish local alliances to build strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
• Explore and lead M&A opportunities that complement Exoticca’s growth.

What is our proposal?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative processes with the travel agencies who have registered in Exoticca Agent portal.

Which will be your main responsibilities as Business Analyst?

·       Manage the commissions payment process in close collaboration with the Finance department – the responsibility of the Business Analyst it so ensure the data in our system is accurate, so that Finance can execute the payments.

·       Communicate with travel agencies in case of data inconsistencies or other issues with commissions payments.

·       Manually create top up commissions from marketing campaigns in our internal system

·       Ensure data of registration is accurate and if not send emails to TA to complete their information.

·       Answer general requests of travel agents – mainly regarding login issues

Requirements

• Travel Advisor or Customer Service in Travel experience.
• Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in English.
• Organization.
• Computer Skills.
