JOB SUMMARY

Inspects and samples all production in various stages of work.

1. Monitor and inspect orders on press or off for proper construction, specifications, etc.

2. Sort and prepare customer samples for shipment.

3. Process Fed Ex shipments.

4. Manage and maintain quality press pulls.

5. Other duties as may be assigned.

• Ability to follow instructions or examples of quality printed product. 
• Ability to compare finished product to approved samples and find errors.
• Attention to detail. Artistic ability a plus.

• Knowledge of printing processes.

Requirements

High school diploma. Safety training as required by OSHA regulations. Operation of the Segerdahl computer system, use of required documentation. Application of Segerdahl policies, procedures and regulations related to customers or operations. Training on new equipment, technology or processes that affect services or finished product.

EXPERIENCE: No experience required.

1. Must be physically capable of working long hours, standing, and/or walking repeatedly throughout a full shift.

2. Must be able to work different shifts and overtime when needed.
