Product Analyst / Mid-Level

Position Summary

The Product Analyst / Mid Level will join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role you will be part of a team that delivers Healthcare IT applications. Team is Denial Notification Application (DNA) and app is now almost 2 years old. Main goal of project is to come off MIDAS, an external product that will be sunsetted by mid 2026. The Product Analyst (Documentation Focus) plays a critical role in ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of product information.

Responsibilities?

• This individual is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating comprehensive technical and functional documentation for our products.
• They will work closely with product managers, engineers, quality assurance, and customer support to translate complex product features and specifications into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation for various audiences, including internal teams and end-users.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience as a Product Analyst or similar role
