The impact you have in this role

As a RTR Senior Analyst - Intercompany you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:

• Analyzing General Ledger balances and explaining / analyzing open items;

• Reconciliation of assigned accounts (including AP, AR, Interco Loans, Interco Cash-pool accounts) and resolving any differences;

• Settlement of open positions on Intercompany accounts with incoming payments (wire transfer, split payment, Interco netting);

• Performing activities related to Month End process, such as accruals for missing Interco invoices, calculation of license fees, reconciliation of cash-pool accounts;

• Analyzing and controlling missing Interco documents on AP site and verifying the correctness of payment proposals prepared by Source to Pay Team;

• Participation in internal and external audits. Answering audit questions and preparing documentation for SOX control. Assistance in answering questions and solving problematic issues on accounts.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 2-5 years of work experience in RTR: AP/GL/ Intercompany department

• Accounting & SAP  knowledge

• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
