Finance Supervisor, RtR

<p>What is the job about? </p> <p>Responsible for the performance of a finance department or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the team and colleagues. Set the right team with the right competencies for the area of responsibility. Demonstrate leadership and develop a high performing team.</p> <p>Your main responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious work environment.</li> <li>Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop employees to ensure that the department achieves the business objectives. </li> <li>Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos customers. </li> <li>Secure the right mix of talent.  </li> <li>Lead minor Finance team.</li> <li>Support managers and/or local units with financial reporting and compliance tasks/issues.</li> <li>Secure timely and high-quality transparent data to support decision making on all levels of Grundfos.</li> <li>Perform analytical tasks with some complexity to support managers in decision-making processes. </li> <li>Prepare business cases and projects in close cooperation with business partners.</li> <li>Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the RTR processes by supporting continuous process improvements.</li> <li>Monitor and continuously challenge KPI’s. </li> <li>Responsible for ensuring that the team is providing the right services for Grundfos internal partners.</li> <li>Trains, coaches, motivates and supervises the performance of the team.</li> <li>Ensures engaging environment, communication and team development.</li> <li>Conducts regular team meetings and ensure smooth and transparent communication flow within RTR and with other departments.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your background</p> <p>We imagine that you have:  </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree or higher, chartered accountant or equivalent qualification is an advantage</li> <li>Higher education (College or University) in Finance, Accountancy or Economics</li> <li>‘Can do’ and ‘open for changes’ attitude</li> <li>Fluency in English</li> <li>Accounting knowledge in the field of AP, AR and General Accounting</li> <li>Numeracy and PC skills, experience with SAP S4HANA would be a benefit.</li> <li>Attention to accuracy and detail.</li> <li>Ability to influence and to work in a team environment.</li> <li>Communication and Problem-Solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to meet priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Sound analytical skills and control minded</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What’s in it for you? </p> <p>What are your goals?
