Food Runner: Part Time Seasonal (Breezes Restaurant & Bar)

The Food Runner position will be responsible for delivering food menu items to guests in an efficient and professional manner and cleaning the tables and restaurant table area accordingly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Complete assigned side-work duties
• Communicate with kitchen, host and service staff to maintain efficiency and guest service
• Communicate with each guest when delivering food items
• Assist with the removal of dirty dishes from tables between courses and at the completion of the meal
• Assist in kitchen opening and closing procedures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Prior experience in the food industry preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Any certification is a plus
