Supervisor, Manufacturing (Day Shift)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Supervisor (Day Shift):

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees in the Box coating, CAE cleanroom and MicroNIR assembly area.
• Responsible for timekeeping, budgeting,  scheduling, and prioritization on the production floor.
• Maintain safe working environment, ensure line operates to AS-9100 quality standard. 
• Ability to work in a fast paced, job shop environment. Drive team to meet On Time Delivery, goals and meet customer quality requirements.
• Identify and drive improvements in the manufacturing process.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in an optical coating environment, familiar with clean room manufacturing and high vacuum coating.
• HS Diploma/GED required; Additional education preferred
