The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an Office Manager to bring their exceptional customer service to our Austin and San Antonio office to support the employees and clients at those offices. Ideal candidate will enjoy supporting the growth of the company with expert support and process improvement capabilities.

With 11 convenient locations across Texas—including two in Houston and offices in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, The Woodlands, Humble, Atascocita, and Kingwood, with more on the way—we are always nearby and ready to support our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
What you will bring to the role
- Ensure proficient and smooth day to day office operations.
- Manage the upkeep and set up of the office, from purchasing and setting up equipment and supplies; and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support office moves in and around the area.
- Interface with vendors.
- Support office activities and ensure efficient workflow throughout the office.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for internal meetings for legal teams and clients.
- Take simple execution work off Legal Administrator as delegated.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications is preferred. To include calendaring appointments between clients, Legal team and other internal partners, and supporting client relations as needed.
- Proficient administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Proficient to expert computer literacy with in office software.
- Must be flexible to support both locations and travel between those locations.
