Reporting to the Assistant Director for Records, we are seeking a Academic Services Assistant who will aid in the planning, tracking, development and execution of the Peabody graduation activities, events, and related data management. This staff member will work alongside the Registrar’s Office Staff to produce accurate and timely reports to offices within Peabody and the greater Hopkins network. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the performing arts, strong organizational skills, the comfort to work individually on tasks, and a keen attention to detail. The incumbent must be able to work fully on-site during the month of May and hybrid (on-site and remote) May, April, and June, and attend all graduation events and activities to represent the office.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Degree Audit Verification and transcript assistance.
- Filing of confirmed Degree Audits and related records.
- Proof reading and editing program books.
- Proof reading and editing diploma drafts.
- Assisting with ticket and regalia distribution.
- Managing the Peabody Graduation email.
- Assisting with all graduation activities and events, and data processing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
- Two years office/administrative experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $16.00 - $28.50 HRLY ($17.00 HRLY targeted; Commensurate with experience)
