INTERNSHIP - Accounting

Oneida ESC Group has an opening for an Accounting Internship in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of GL Accounts
• Assist with maintaining and updating audit work papers for the GL accounts
• Prepare any adjusting journal entries
• Accounts Payable data entry
• Review and resolve Accounts Payable Statements
• Filing/Shredding
• Audit Projects
• Other misc. accounting and operational duties

Minimum Qualifications:

• The applicant must be currently enrolled at an accredited college in a business degree program with an Accounting or Finance emphasis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rising Junior or Senior at an accredited college.
• 0-2 years accounting or finance experience or applicable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation Range:

• $18.00 per hour
