Field Service Engineer

Aufgaben

• Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues on-site in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all types of KERN machining centers
• Provide telephone support for customers and partners 
• Determine root cause analysis of machine errors
• Perform installation of KERN machining centers
• Provide service and application training
• Perform machine demonstrations as needed
• Document each service call

Profil

• Knowledge of CNC milling technology - required
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Professional interaction with customers
• Knowledge of Heidenhain control system beneficial but not required
• Basic knowledge of programming and setup of CNC machines is required
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office
